hello i have a problem
i want to send Unicode letters like Arabic throw the params

EX: i want to make link like

site.com/read/موضوع جديد

instead of using the id

it works fine with English like

site.com/read/topic title

but the Arabic letters converted to something like this %D8%B7%D9%84%D8%A8%20%D8%AD%D8%AC%D8%B2
